A European collaborative project at the intersection of stem cell research, radiobiology, and translational research.

Mission

  • Participate in the implementation of hematopoietic and digestive reconstruction analyses
  • Conduct flow cytometry experiments (including participation in panel design, data acquisition, and analysis)
  • Perform tissue analyses (histology, immunohistology, immunofluorescence) to assess intestinal repair
  • Participate in the preparation and quality control of samples for transcriptomic analysis
  • Help organize and interpret experimental data in collaboration with the scientific team.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology.
Required Skills:

· Flow cytometry (required)

· Immunohistochemistry / tissue analysis (preferred)

· Cellular and molecular biology (RNA-seq preferred)

· Analysis of biological data in collaboration with the team

Experience with mouse models, radiobiology, or tissue regeneration is preferred
