Mission
- Participate in the implementation of hematopoietic and digestive reconstruction analyses
- Conduct flow cytometry experiments (including participation in panel design, data acquisition, and analysis)
- Perform tissue analyses (histology, immunohistology, immunofluorescence) to assess intestinal repair
- Participate in the preparation and quality control of samples for transcriptomic analysis
- Help organize and interpret experimental data in collaboration with the scientific team.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in biology.
Required Skills:
· Flow cytometry (required)
· Immunohistochemistry / tissue analysis (preferred)
· Cellular and molecular biology (RNA-seq preferred)
· Analysis of biological data in collaboration with the team
Experience with mouse models, radiobiology, or tissue regeneration is preferred
