After the success of the two editions on “Cell Biology of Coronaviruses” and “Cell Biology of neurons, and Beyond” in 2023, the French Society for Cell Biology organizes a day dedicated to Plants, but not only, with a great lineup of speakers: Marie Barberon, Amélie Bernard, Franziska Lautenschläger, Sophie Martin, Moritz Nowack, Thomas Ott, René Schneider, Joris Sprakel.

This day “Cell Biology of Plants, and Beyond” will be held on January 26, 2024 in a hybrid format (virtual/in-person in Lyon).

The objective of this meeting is to gather cell biologists working on plants and other systems around the topics of autophagy, cytoskeleton, membrane dynamics, cell death, polarisation, nutrition and mechanobiology.

Please see the preliminary program below.

In addition, 8 abstracts will be selected for short talks, and other applicants might be invited to present posters for exciting discussions along the day!
