We are pleased to announce the 2-nd meeting “TOR de France”, which will be held on 14-15 October 2021 at the Hotel Saint Paul in Nice, France (www.tor-de-france.fr). Currently “TOR de France” is a unique conference series in the world entirely devoted to field of “Target Of Rapamycin” signalling, nutrition, growth, metabolism, and development. During this meeting various topics will be discussed powered by the thematics that will be presented by our international keynote speakers and French scientists working on TOR. Notably we will discuss the recent advances in the mechanisms of upstream TOR signalling, TOR and immunity, TOR and neuroscience, TOR and endocytosis, TOR and translational control, TOR and diseases. Our meeting gathers academic students, postdocs, research group leaders, and medical doctors. Support from SBCF to this scientific event could enable collaborations to be initiated and foster interaction between basic research, medicine, and biotechnology.
