3rd Meeting of the French Optogenetics Club (FOC3)

Registration is FREE but mandatory: https://frenchopto2022.sciencesconf.org/

SPONSORS: CBI Toulouse et Unité MCD UMR5077 (https://cbi-toulouse.fr/eng/), Société de Biologie Cellulaire de France (https://sbcf.fr/en/), SFR-BMT (Fédération Recherche Biomédicale de Toulouse), Zeiss (https://www.zeiss.fr), Diagomics (https://www.diagomics.com/), France-BioImaging, GDR Imabio.

The meeting aims at bringing together all cell biologists, developmental biologists and biophysicists who use or plan to use OPTOGENETICS for their research. We will focus on molecular optogenetic tools (non ion-flux based optogenetics), as presented in https://www.optobase.org/.

The goal is to fuel exchanges on technical aspects as well as recent methodical advances and applications of this technique.

What works, what doesn’t? Why? How did you fix it? How can we help each other? Come and share your experience through talks and round-tables with the rest of the French optogenetics community.

All seminars will be held in the Conference Room of the CBI (next to the main entrance).

Invited Speakers: Antoine de Vries (Leiden), Clare Buckley (Cambridge), Olivier Destaing (Grenoble), Grégory Gauvain (Paris), Xiaobo Wang (CBI, Toulouse)
