Bravo à Charlotte Mallart !
Après le vote du conseil d’administration de la SBCF, la vidéo gagnante est celle réalisée par Charlotte Mallart, post-doctorante dans l’équipe “Organisation spatiale de la cellule” dirigée par Nicolas Minc à l’Institut Jacques Monod à Paris.
Cette vidéo originale présente de manière très poétique comment le modèle de l’oursin permet l’exploration de nombreux aspects de la biologie cellulaire depuis la naissance de l’oeuf jusqu’aux étapes de développement embryonnaire et larvaire.

After a vote by the administrative Council of the SBCF, the video prize has been awarded to Charlotte Mallart, a post-doctoral researcher in the team “spatial organization of the cell” headed by Nicolas Minc at the Institut Jacques Monod in Paris.
This original video presents in a very poetic way how the sea urchin model allows the exploration of key aspects of cellular biology from the fecondation to the embryonic and larval developmental processes.
