Appel à manifestation d'intérêt pour participer au Congrès International de Biologie Cellulaire - Call for Expression of Interest to an International Congress of Cell Biology (Hefei, Chine, 2026)

In 2026, the IFCB (International Federation for Cell Biology) and the APOCB (Asia-Pacific Organization for Cell Biology), two major international organizations for cell biology, will host an exciting meeting themed “Global Cell Biology for Synergy.”

This event will take place over 3.5 days in Hefei, China, providing unique opportunities for scientists worldwide to gather and discuss the hottest topics in cell biology.

The SBCF will be present at Hefei and is thrilled to provide guest speakers for the following scheduled sessions:

Biomolecular Condensation, Bio-photonics, Chemical Biology, Chromosome Biology, Synthetic Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Organoids Biology, Metabolic Biology, Structure Cell Biology, Organelle Dynamics & Mechanobiology, AI and Quantitative Biology, Translational Medical Cell Biology

If you are interested in presenting your work in Hefei and your topic fits one of these sessions, please notify the SBCF as soon as possible by emailing sbcf@atoutcom.com. The SBCF committee will review and propose the most relevant applications to the CSCB OC at the end of April 2025.

If you are then confirmed for a talk by the CSCB OC, your registration fees and accommodation will be covered by the meeting organizers.

Stay tuned, as registration for this meeting will open soon with an advanced program. The SBCF will keep Society members engaged across all media platforms in the near future.

Best regards,

Isabelle Tardieux, Présidente de la SBCF
